She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Communications with a second major in Fashion Merchandising. Prior to Real Estate, Athena worked in the fashion and telecommunications industries. During this time she learned the importance of customer service, strategic selling and project management. Ted is keenly aware of how challenging it can be for people to buy or sell a home. It's a big step, a major commitment, and one of the most demanding experiences in life. Ted demonstrates patience, guidance, and the tireless pursuit of his clients' best interests. His dedication and hard work are evident throughout every transaction and beyond. Ted attended Indiana University majoring in Political Science in the Pre-Law program. He moved to California shortly after graduation and took a job with a construction team focused on demolition and remodeling. The years Ted worked in this field gave him insight into the building of structures and the key components of successful investments. Ted also worked in a law firm where he contributed to the successful resolution of a high profile case involving construction and development fraud.
Armed with the knowledge he accrued in construction and law, Ted purchased a "fixer" in the hills of Studio City and income property in his home state of Indiana. Through these transactions it became clear to him that he wanted to be involved in Real Estate on a full time basis. This realization was the catalyst that brought Ted to Rodeo Realty.
Ted is amiable, energetic, and service oriented. His core clients are within the Los Angeles Real Estate market, but he has represented both buyers and sellers throughout the Southern California area. A native of the Westside, Peter J. Maurice has been a top producing agent for almost 20 years. He covers the Westside from Rodeo Realty’s Beverly Hills Office where he is ranked amongst the top 0.1% of real estate agents nationwide. Peter attended Dartmouth College and the University of California where he received a B.A. in Environmental Studies/Landscape Architecture. He received his law degree from U.C. Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and practiced corporate, real estate and entertainment law with Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman & Machtinger in Century City before joining Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro where he helped grow the entertainment transaction department at that law firm. Subsequently, he served as Vice President, Legal Affairs, for 20th Century Fox Film Corporation.
